新加坡入境COVID-19要求（2022年12月7日更新）
2010 年 1 月 1 日或之后出生的旅行者（即按出生年份计算年龄在 12 岁及以 下）可免于 COVID-19 边境措施。
2009 年 12 月 31 日或之前出生的旅行者（即按出生年份计算，年龄在 13 岁及 以上），只有在抵达新加坡前至少两个星期服用了下列WHO-EUL 最低剂量的 疫苗，并能出示疫苗接种证明，才能按正常情况进入新加坡，而无需接受检测或隔离。
1. 一剂 CanSinoBIO/Convidecia 或 Janssen/J&J 的疫苗；或
2. 相隔至少 24 天注射两剂AstraZeneca, Covaxin, Moderna/Spikevax, 或 Covishield疫苗；或
3. 两剂 Novavax/Covax/Nuvaxovid、Pfizer/BioNTech/COMIRNATY 或 Sinopharm（国药）疫苗，间隔至少 17 天；或
4. 两剂Sinovac（科兴）疫苗，间隔至少 13 天；或
5. 1-4 点中所列的任何两剂疫苗的混合物，间隔至少17 天；或
6. 第1-5 点所列的任何一种疫苗接种组合，随后从 COVID-19 中痊愈；或
7. 在 COVID-19阳性诊断后至少 28 天内接种1-4 点所列的任何WHOEUL 批准的疫苗，至少一剂。
以下类型的英文或翻译成英文的疫苗接种证明，须包含与旅行者护照相匹配的个人身份信息（如姓名、出生日期、身份证号码），必须使用英文（或附有经认证的英文翻译，中国境内认证翻译机构：博雅翻译集团，http://www.boyafanyi.com）。
• 清楚地表明已接种的疫苗剂量的数字疫苗接种APP；或
• 清楚表明已接种疫苗剂量的纸质证书；或
• 如果你持有本文件中的国家/地区颁发的数字疫苗接种证书，请提供疫苗接种检查网站访问入口。
对未完全接种COVID-19 世界卫生组织EUL 疫苗的旅行者的要求
i) 离境前测试（PDT）
在出发前两天内，参加以下任何一项 COVID-19 测试。
• COVID-19 聚合酶链反应试验；或
•由受过训练的专业人员进行的抗原快速检测（ART），或由新加坡认可的ART提供者远程监督的自我管理ART[仅适用于新加坡公民、PR和长期居留证持有者（包括原则批准者）] 。
离境前测试（PDT）报告显示测试结果为阴性，必须使用英文（或附有经认证的英文翻译，中国境内认证翻译机构：博雅翻译集团，http://www.boyafanyi.com），并清楚地说明旅客的姓名、测试日期，以及旅客的出生日期或用于前往新加坡的护照上的护照号码。
只有当你在离开新加坡的日期前14至90天内对COVID-19检测呈阳性，才不需要PDT。
二）COVID-19旅行保险
短期游客必须确保他们有涵盖COVID-19 的旅行保险，至少有30,000 美元的 医疗保障。
Entry to Singapore COVID-19Requirements (Dec 7, 2022)
Travellers born on or after 1 Jan2010 (i.e. aged 12 and below by year of birth) are exempted from COVID-19border measures.
Travellers born on or before 31Dec 2009 (i.e. aged 13 and above by year of birth) may enter Singapore as pernormal without testing or quarantine, only if they have taken the minimumWHO-EUL vaccine dosage listed below at least two weeks before arrival inSingapore, and can show proof of vaccination:
One dose of CanSinoBIO/Convideciaor Janssen/J&J vaccine; OR
Two doses of AstraZeneca, Covaxin,Moderna/Spikevax, or Covishield vaccine administered at least 24 days apart; OR
Two doses ofNovavax/Covovax/Nuvaxovid, Pfizer/BioNTech/COMIRNATY, or Sinopharm vaccine,administered at least 17 days apart; OR
Two doses of Sinovac vaccine,administered at least 13 days apart; OR
Mixture of any two doses ofvaccines listed in points 1-4, administered at least 17 days apart; OR
Any of the vaccinationcombinations listed in points 1-5 and subsequently recovered from COVID-19; OR
At least one dose of any WHO EULapproved vaccines listed in points 1-4, taken at least 28 days after a COVID-19positive diagnosis
The following types of vaccinationproof in English or translated to English are accepted if they contain personalidentification details (e.g. name, date of birth, ID number) that match againstthe traveller’s passport, must be in English (or accompanied by a certifiedEnglish Translation. Certified translation agency in China: LEARNED TRANSLATIONGROUP, Web: http://www.boyafanyi.com）:
Digital vaccination apps clearlyindicating vaccination doses taken; or
Hardcopy certificates clearlyindicating vaccination doses taken; or
Acceptance letter from theVaccination Check Portal if you hold a digital vaccination certificate issuedby countries/regions in this document
If you can meet the COVID-19requirements above, you may skip to the General Entry Requirements. If not, youmust fulfil the additional COVID-19 requirements listed below.
Requirements for Travellers NotFully Vaccinated with COVID-19 WHO EUL Vaccines
i) Pre-Departure Test (PDT)
Within two days before departure,take any of the following COVID-19 tests:
COVID-19 Polymerase Chain Reactiontest; OR
Antigen Rapid Test (ART)administered by a trained professional, or self-administered ART that isremotely supervised by an approved ART provider in Singapore [for Singaporecitizens, PRs and Long-Term Pass Holders (including In-Principle Approvalholders) only]
The Pre-Departure Test (PDT)report, which shows a negative test result, must be in English (or accompaniedby a certified English Translation. Certified translation agency in China: LEARNEDTRANSLATION GROUP, Web: http://www.boyafanyi.com）, and clearly states thetraveller's name, date of test, as well as the traveller's date of birth orpassport number per the passport used to travel to Singapore.
A PDT is not required only if youtested positive for COVID-19 between 14 to 90 days before your date ofdeparture for Singapore. You can use this tool to check if the pre-departuretest can be waived, and the documentation required to prove your firstinfection or recovery.
ii) COVID-19 Travel Insurance
Short-term visitors must ensurethey have travel insurance covering COVID-19, with at least $30,000 of medicalcoverage.
